Shipping, Returns & Cancelations

How long does my order take to ship?

Your order will be shipped within 3 days. I go to the post office to ship orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If one of those days falls on a holiday, it will be shipped out the following day.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Not at this time.

What is your return & refund policy? 

Because of the nature of my products, I am unable to accept returns. Only certain circumstances qualify for a return. 1) I will accept returns if you have received the wrong item and it is unopened and untampered with. 2) The product was not accurately described on the website and it has been unopened and untampered with.

I will issue a refund if you received the incorrect item and I do not have the correct item in stock. Item must be unopened and untampered with. Please contact me within 48 hours of your package being delivered to let me know of the mix up. I will issue a return label and you must email me a confirmation of tracking within 72 hours. Once I receive the tracking confirmation, I will issue you a refund for the item.

If you received the wrong item and I do have the correct item in stock, I will immediately ship out the correct item. If you choose to forego having the correct item shipped to you, I will refund the price difference. (example: you ordered an item that cost $20 but received and item that cost $10. I would refund the price difference of $10)

What if my order never arrived?

Please understand that once the package leaves my hands there is little I can do. However, if you did not receive your package and it was lost, I will file a claim with USPS. Once the claim is accepted, I will issue a refund. If the tracking information on your package is marked as delivered, I am unable to file a claim. In this situation, please ask your neighbors if they accidentally received your package or ask your mail carrier if they remember delivering it. I am unable to replace packages that have been marked as delivered.

Can I cancel my order?

I accept cancelations within 24 hours of your order being placed unless it has already been shipped. Please email me as soon as possible at hello@barefootearthapothecary.com
